Hello, I'm Saima, a licensed and registered dietitian. I provide nutrition counseling for clients in Latham, Schenectady, Albany, Clifton Park and surrounding areas of NY. I believe that food is deeply connected to how we feel, function and heal. That's why my approach to nutrition is both holistic and integrative- it's a form of care, connection and healing.
